CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

 You may return the unused or unopened product for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Regrettably, a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted for the total of the return. The original shipping fee is not refundable. To proceed with a return, kindly email us at info@artonitmakeup.com includes your order number and we will send you information on how to proceed with your return.  Also, you may  text at  1- (832) 423-7492  9 AM-5 PM CT Monday-Friday and with your request. Processing time for returns may take up to 15 business days from the time the return is received. Please be advised that only non-used Artoniy Cosmetics products purchased from our official website, will be accepted for return. We cannot accept exchanges at this time. Determination of returning product condition, to be determined at the sole discretion of ArtOnIt Cosmetics.
